Juan found a few more apartments to show...so I took a long lunch, and we started with this one. It was a doorman, with an elevator - but the apartment was on the first floor looking out into a concrete space.
My concern is that people will congregate and cause noise in the courtyard. The apartment was nice with big windows and lots of light...but I'm trying to stay away from the first floor.
