My first apartment visit.

I met with Michael, he seemed nice enough. But, the apartment was 'garden level' with a basement and outdoor patio. The bathroom was not connected to the bedroom and the space seemed pretty small. Another concern was that there was no doorman, or elevator and it was right nextdoor to Dive 75 - a hopping dive bar on the west side.

My biggest fear of garden level apartments is that rodents live on the garden level.
